Documentation wise, a software development process project is handled in 4 ways. They are:
The details of custom software development requirements of the work or task that we are supposed to carry out for a particular project are called URS, or User Requirement Specification. All the ensuing documents to be prepared will be based on this document.
After a thorough study of the URS, web development company in development process prepares the detailed document called Business Requirement Specification, or BRS. This contains the full text of the whole development project. It can be divided into different documents, module wise, depending on the size and depth of the project. For example, if it is a simple project, a single BRS would be prepared, and if it is a large project, separate BRS would be prepared for each module.
We then send this BRS for your approval. BRS is approved only after you are fully satisfied with it. During this period, the BRS may undergo changes incorporating your suggestions, if any.
After the BRS is approved, we start working on the creation of SRS. It is a more detailed explanation of the development module, and this document covers the functionalities in a technical process level.
This is actually the split-up of the SRS itself. This is the document which is passed on to the programmer. The programmer refers to this document for the coding.
